Terms & Conditions

All consents/questionnaires should be e-signed 48 hours prior to the initial visit. If consents/questionnaires are not returned 48 hours prior to the initial visit then the appointment will be rescheduled.

Coaching sessions are 30-45 minutes. However, the initial visit is 60 minutes to allow time for history gathering and additional questions that may arise.

Individual coaching is $2.50 per minute with a minimum of 30 minutes and maximum of 60 minutes. Coaching can be as long or as short a term as you have a goal you would like to meet. (The minimum coaching agreement is 3 months.)

Payment for each session must be paid 24 hours prior to your session. Sessions can be paid individually or by package.

Collaborative Coaching sessions are paid by retainers. Demand payments for retainers are due within 30 days of the payment request.

Sessions are a minimum of twelve (12) thirty (30) to sixty (60) minute sessions over a course of three (3) months.
